TGStat is the go-to catalog for mapping the Telegram ecosystem around a topic: it lets you search for channels and groups by keyword, subject category, country, or language, and it also lets you search across post text to find which channels have discussed a particular term. Each channel page shows audience size, growth history, engagement rates, and recent posts. The free website interface is open without registration for basic lookups; the paid API is needed for bulk or automated data pulls. Echo links you to TGStat and you run the search there.
