Why it’s useful & how it works
Scite is worth consulting when you want to know not just that a paper has been cited, but how: whether citing papers present data that supports its claims, data that contradicts them, or simply mention it in passing. You reach a paper's citation report by following the deep link Echo provides to its page on scite.ai. The service is free to browse for individual papers on the website. Full API access is priced for enterprise use, so Echo acts as a direct route into the relevant report without requiring a subscription.
