You browse it on the web, there is no API, looking up a politician to see what they removed. The collection is frozen: tracking ended in 2023, so it is strictly a historical record of that period.

Politwoops documented tweets deleted by candidates and elected officials, capturing them before they disappeared. ProPublica ran the project after inheriting it from the Sunlight Foundation, collecting roughly a million deletions between 2012 and 2023. Tracking ended in early 2023 when X withdrew the access that made automated monitoring possible. The archive is still browsable on the web: you search by politician name or party and see what they deleted and when. Echo links you there; there is no API or download option.
