Europe PMC
A life-sciences literature collection maintained by EMBL-EBI, spanning around 43 million publications along with open full-text content. A single keyless search interface returns both metadata and, where available, the full text of an article. Reach for it when you want biomedical papers and need the actual article text rather than just a citation.

Europe PMC is EMBL-EBI's open platform for life-sciences literature, combining everything in PubMed with additional sources including European grant literature, preprints from bioRxiv and medRxiv, Agricola, and patents. Its particular strength is that a single search can return not just a citation but the actual full text of an article, making it especially useful when you want to read rather than just locate a paper. Echo queries its keyless REST API and surfaces both abstracts and full-text links in one step.
Qué contiene
More than 40 million publications in total, including around 36 million abstracts and over 5 million full-text life-science articles. More than 2.5 million of those full-text articles are freely reusable for text analysis.
