medRxiv is bioRxiv's sister server for clinical medicine, public health, and the health sciences, run by the same openRxiv nonprofit. It is the standard place to find clinical study results, epidemiology, and health-policy research before peer review, and many major funders now require preprint posting here. You search and read on medrxiv.org, and metadata is also available through the shared API that Echo queries.
